HR Strategist for the Municipal Executive Office

As our mission grows, we will expand our operations with an HR Strategist.

The Assignment

As an HR Strategist in Bengtsfors Municipality, you will have the opportunity to continue your development journey within the entire HR field, and you will set the limits on how far you want to go. In the role of HR Strategist, you will work both strategically and operationally with the municipality's managers in HR. You will handle everything from administration to both lighter and heavier tasks within the entire HR area. The role also includes tasks within the framework of organizational development and group development.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of HR Strategist, you need to have a degree in Human Resource Management from a college or university. We also expect that you have experience in both strategic and operational HR work from previous positions. Furthermore, you must have good administrative skills and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement for employment.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in HR work within a municipality.

Other

The employment is a permanent position at 100% with a start date according to agreement. The position may begin with a probationary period depending on your qualifications and experience.
